I want to expand the references a bit for the sake of context. Here Jesus is referring to a couple of Scriptures. Writer(s): Edward Mote, Eric Liljero, Jonas Myrin, Reuben Morgan This song being played in a doctrinally sound church for corporate worship? Potentially beneficial. This song being played in a Hillsong affiliated church? Not good. Having said that, this song is salvageable in that when the proper theology is applied to the song, there is some merit in its lyric.
Everything that comes out of this “ministry” is suspect. Brian and his fellow preachers twist the Scriptures for shameful gain. Brian Houston is a false teacher, a wolf in the pulpit.
